[CONCEPT ART] Skylar "Commander Rocket" Sparks concept sketch [Total Psychosis]

What a wild ride this character has taken me through. I've been drawing this character for almost 15 years as a sonic design, and now i get to bring him back to life with a renewed purpose and design! Skylar Sparks is a decorated commander of royal blood in the Total Psychosis universe! I'll have more info on him at some point, but for now I'm very happy to be finished with this sketch!
I was going to include a timelapse, but early on the files got corrupted, sadly.

Enjoy him!!
